ASK Medical and Diagnostics Centre (ASK-MDC) is a privately-owned indigenous company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2021 as a Limited Liability Company under the Company and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2004 with registration number 1786423. The company was established to engage in medical and diagnostic services. ASK-MDC is administered and managed in accordance with a scheme of health management regulatory bodies including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) health secretariat.
